Gina Pedone is currently a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) at Lynne Alba Speech Therapy Solutions and she is applying for graduate school next fall. She previously graduated from University of California, Santa Cruz with her Bachelor’s degree in Music and a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Communicative Disorders from California State, Long Beach. She has been working and practicing at Lynne Alba Speech Therapy Solutions since May of 2016.
Gina has worked with children and adolescents presenting with various types of issues and communication impairments including: articulation and phonological disorders, receptive and expressive language disorders, social-pragmatic deficits, motor speech issues, and stuttering. She is creative and adaptive, using her free time to find or create materials for each of her patients to optimize their engagement and learning. She is also an avid learner who seeks out opportunities to learn and add new methods and approaches to her therapy toolbox.
Gina is fun, genuine and enthusiastic about seeing her patients and their families learn and grow.
