Sasha graduated from California State University, Northridge with a Baccalaureate degree in Communication Disorders: Emphasis in Speech-Language Pathology. She currently holds a Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license in the state of California. She has received Clinical Privileges as an undergraduate; completing her first clinical rotation. She comes from an academic background with five years of experience working for an after-school program as the Program Leader. In this program she helped children with academics and provided enrichment/recreational activities for them. She enjoys her work and the difference she can make as a clinic and school- based SLPA.

Sasha has worked with children and adolescents presenting with various types of issues and communication impairments. For example, she has worked with those with articulation and phonological disorders, receptive and expressive language disorders, social-pragmatic deficits, motor speech issues, and stuttering. She has worked with children in both school and clinic settings.

Sasha has learned to work with children with a wide variety of needs. She is an encouraging and energetic person who uses positive behavioral feedback and high- interest activities to motivate her patients. She also provides families with support activities to help her patients develop and use their communication skills at home and in the community.
