Ashley received her Master of Science Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Eastern New Mexico University in July 2019. She received a minor in Psychology from California State University Long Beach in May 2016.
Ashley has had the privilege of working with children and adults from a wide range of backgrounds and etiologies, such as Autism, Down syndrome, intellectual disabilities, cerebral palsy, chromosomal genetic disorders, cleft lip/palate and resonance disorders, hearing impaired, language disorders, articulation and phonological disorders, pragmatic disorders, cognitive disorders, oral-motor and sensory difficulties, stuttering, aphasia, dysarthria, dysphagia and feeding disorders, voice, and apraxia, as well as, adults with acquired brain injuries such as stroke and TBI.
Ashley is a highly motivated and compassionate SLP who values the relationships she gets to build with her clients and their families. She has a passion for supporting the specific needs of each of her clients as a means to enabling successful communication and improvements in quality of life.
