Mackenzie is a speech-language pathologist who is passionate about helping individuals of all ages reach their communication potential. Born and raised in Torrance, she is proud to serve the South Bay community by providing fun, evidence-based, and individualized care tailored to each client’s needs.

Mackenzie earned a B.S. in Health Sciences along with a minor in Psychology from Chapman University. She then completed a post-baccalaureate program in Communication Sciences and Disorders before earning her M.S. in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Chapman University.

Throughout her training, Mackenzie gained diverse clinical experience in schools (Roosevelt-Walker Academy, Schmitt Elementary School, Speech and Language Development Center), hospitals (Hoag Irvine), and private clinics (Communication Development Center). She also participated in a Therapy Abroad program in Dominica, where she assessed and provided therapy in clinics, homes, and school-based settings for individuals across the lifespan. Her clinical experience includes working with expressive/receptive language disorders, articulation disorders, pragmatic language disorders, Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), autism spectrum disorder (ASD), aphasia, dysarthria, dysphagia, traumatic brain injury (TBI), and cognitive impairments.

Mackenzie is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive environment where every client feels empowered to grow and develop meaningful communication skills. She values collaboration with families and caregivers to ensure therapy is functional, personalized, and integrated into daily life. Her goal is to help each client gain confidence, independence, and connection through communication.

When Mackenzie is not in the clinic, she enjoys trying new coffee/matcha shops, watching sunsets at the beach, and spending time with her friends and family.
