Maddy graduated with honors from California State University Fullerton, where she obtained a Bachelors of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders. She went on to receive her Masters (M.A) in Speech Pathology from California State University Long Beach, graduating magna cum laude. She is currently completing her Clinical Fellowship. 

She has a variety of clinical experiences across many different settings such as hospitals (Little Company of Mary Torrance),  schools (Yukon Elementary School, Valmonte Early Learning Academy, Miraleste Early Learning Academy), and private practices (CSULB Speech and Language Clinic). She has worked with a variety of age ranges, ranging from 1 years old to 104 years old, and has experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder, fluency, Aphasia, Dysarthria, Dysphagia, articulation disorders, expressive/receptive language delays, Pragmatic disorders, Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) users, Traumatic Brain injury (TBI) ,Down Syndrome, hard of hearing, and cognitive impairments.  

Maddy speaks primarily English but is also comfortable with using Spanish. She is dedicated to providing treatment simultaneously with patient and family support/counseling. Her goal is to provide a safe space for each and every client, and she believes in shaping all therapy goals to each individual’s need and day to day life.
