Samantha is passionate about providing holistic, strengths-based care with an emphasis on collaboration with each child and their caregivers on their unique sets of goals, values, identities, and cultures to provide the most meaningful care for the family. She strives to create a therapeutic environment that is child-led, playful, and neurodiversity-affirming.
Her goal is to empower children to build confidence, independence, and genuine connection through communication. She believes that every child deserves a voice and the opportunity to be understood and heard.
Samantha obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders and her Master of Science Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Washington in Seattle.
Samantha has focused her career on supporting pediatric clients, specializing in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), gestalt language processing, early intervention, Augmentative and Alternative communication, social-communication, caregiver coaching, and play-based therapy.
Samantha is a Certified Natural Language Acquisition (NLA) provider for gestalt language learners. She is conversational in Korean and provides dual-language care for families.
Prior to joining this team, Samantha worked as a Speech Language Pathologist at a private practice in Seattle, WA, as well as at the University of Washington Autism Center.
