Prior to getting her master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, she has been working with Lynne Alba Speech Therapy Solutions, P.C. for 3 years, as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) part-time.

During her graduate studies, Stephanie had the opportunity to work with both children and adults and with a variety of population [e.g., language delay, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), hard of hearing, Down Syndrome, Aphasia, Dysarthria, Dysphagia] from her on-campus clinics, school internship in Lincoln Elementary School, and in the acute department in Torrance Memorial Medical Center for her hospital internship. She also had the opportunity to be involved in CSULB Speech-Language Pathology departmental activities, such as being a graduate research assistant.

Stephanie enjoys working with clients of all ages and a variety of disorders. She particularly enjoys working with early intervention, adults with aphasia, and non-verbal and minimally verbal clients. She believes in the importance of giving the clients a sense of ownership in their learning process and involving their families throughout the assessment and therapy process.
